| Start off with a pattern I got mine in this link |

| Get a fabric you want to try it on. |

| Trace the pattern onto the fabric and cut it. |
 |
| The cut pieces will look something like this. |

| Add(sew or glue it) a strand of lace to each tip. Try it on a top that has a simple neckline. |
